Universal Works Mens

Nottingham-based Universal Works is a contemporary menswear label deeply rooted in its British, working-class family upbringing. Launched by David Keyte in 2009, the idea was ignited and brought to life at David’s kitchen table with a drive to create honest and timeless menswear clothing, underpinned by a deep appreciation of musical and sporting subcultures. In the early days, David started out as a sign-writer's apprentice, branching out into fashion and working alongside some of the best in menswear fashion, including global names such as Paul Smith and Maharishi.
