END. X UNIVERSAL WORKS

Debuting their first collaborative collection, END. and Universal Works celebrate the longevity of their partnership.

Collaborating for the first time, END. and Universal Works debut a five-piece capsule that reworks iconic pieces from the Nottingham-based brand’s offering, reworked with bespoke prints and details.

Honouring the institution of the pub and its role in the British cultural zeitgeist, the Ship Inn Parka and Rose & Crown Jacket sit at the core of the collection. A classic Parka style, this outerwear piece is emblazoned with a combination of embroidered patches and printed graphics that tell the story of the pub through ephemera: from beer mats and keg badges to bar towels. Rendered in a light olive green and detailed with gunmetal hardware, Universal Works branding sits across the chest and the back. The Rose & Crown jacket deftly blends workwear style with nods to British brewing heritage. Cut from stone coloured canvas, brewery-themed branding is positioned to the chest, while Universal Works’ logo is printed towards the hem.

Continuing onto the Pilot Pant, printed motifs grace the reverse of the baggy pure cotton twill trousers. Detailed with drawcords to the ankle for versatility, a patch pocket on the left leg adds a dose of Universal Works’ rugged charm.

Finishing off the collection, a duo comprised of the Snug Bomber Jacket and Snug Gilet brings us further into the warm, familiar embrace of the pub. Based on patterns often seen gracing the carpets of many a fine drinking establishment, both garments encapsulate the simple delights that can be found inside your favourite pub.
