Raf Simons takes the “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” approach to the Stan Smith, walking the shoes into the height of fashion with his own version of the classic style. As a long time wearer of the sneaker, the Belgian designer barely changes a thing – but notably replaces the perforated three stripes with “R” lettering at the side wall. Arriving with rich burgundy hues this season, everything from the leather uppers, leather lining, rubber cupsole and Stan Smith portrait receive the powerful red look.
