The YMC brand continues to merge its key inspiration sources, music and art, into wearable yet directional pieces this season. Influenced by the Bauhaus movement and with an ongoing interest in the DIY ethos and surreal cut and paste techniques of the DADA artists during the early 20th century, this brand have commissioned collage-style prints by graphic artist and musician Julian House which feature throughout this collection. The Flasher Mac is cut from a pure cotton tartan that has been woven in the UK and coated with a light resin for resilient weather resistance. This longline piece is ideal for when the temperature bites and comes kitted out with two angled pockets to the hips. A concealed button down placket adds a seamless finishing touch to this contemporary take on a classic style.
