STYLIST PICKS: NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

As New York Fashion Week begins in earnest, we're highlighting the clothing and accessories our stylists are wearing and investing in this season — from lighter outerwear and warming layering pieces to leather accessories.

Jack Errington, Creative Styling Manager

With New York fashion week kicking off today, it's only right that END.'s stylists would offer up their own picks and styling tips for the season. From menswear and womenswear to lifestyle products, stylists from across END. have curated a selection of apparel and accessories to add to their transitional wardrobes as the cold weather begins to fade. From layering pieces to lighter outerwear, elevate your outfits for Pre-Spring ’26.

"As we start the gentle shift toward spring, I’m leaning into pieces that do the transitional work for me, light enough for milder days, but with enough substance to handle whatever the British weather decides to do next. Right now, my outerwear of choice is this water repellent trench from Dries Van Noten. Dries do great outerwear; I’ve had a similar one for years. It’s the jacket I reach for every Spring: effortless, lightweight, and practical. You can never have too much lightweight knitwear in rotation this time of year. It’s all about layering, and this Our Legacy V-neck is a perfect example of a forever piece, clean, classic, and beautifully made. Their knitwear this season is genuinely exceptional.

For shirting, I love Studio Nicholson. They are the undisputed masters of casual tailoring, and this silk blend shirt is no exception. Accessories-wise, I keep coming back to the Acne Studios Camero leather bag. It’s a brand staple for a reason, the leather is buttery soft, the shape works with everything, and it’s roomy enough to throw your whole day into. It’s one of those pieces that only gets better with age. Denim? Always Levi’s 501s. They’re iconic for a reason: easy, reliable, endlessly wearable. On my feet, I’m living in these low profile Dries leather-and-suede sneakers. They’re pared back enough to work with any outfit, but the design details keep them from ever feeling plain. And to finish things off: Gucci sunglasses and an Our Legacy western belt, timeless, versatile accessories that complete any look without trying too hard, great investment pieces."

Lucy Davis, Senior Creative Stylist

"This is the kind of outfit that layers effortlessly for colder days while hinting at what’s coming next. I’m very ready for spring, and this look sits comfortably in that space between seasons. The starting point is the reversible trench from Damson Madder. I’m always drawn to pieces that do more than one thing and the contrast between the classic check exterior and the bold red lining makes it feel like two coats in one, depending on the mood or the weather. A real standout piece and at a great price point too. The Paolina Russo graphic top adds a sense of fun. It’s bold and colourful without feeling loud, bringing a lighter, more playful energy to an otherwise timeless base. I’ve paired it with Levi’s 501s, a true classic that keeps the look grounded and familiar, always a reliable wardrobe favourite.

For extra warmth, I’d either tie or drape the Dunst grey knit over the trench or layer it underneath on colder days. The Dunst suede bag is one of those pieces that just works. Perfectly sized to fit everything, it’s soft, tactile and endlessly wearable. It also comes in red, which I can already picture myself reaching for as the seasons shift. The oversized Bottega Veneta aviators add a subtle sense of drama, statement but effortless and very now (I’m really loving that style at the moment). Bass Weejuns loafers finish the look, a style returned to time and time again. Comfortable, versatile and just as good with socks as without, they’re ideal for transitional weather. The Gottlob bracelet and Missoma mixed-metal ring tie everything together with a considered finishing touch. Finally, I’ve included the Miffy lights, a small, playful surprise. Slightly nostalgic, slightly silly, and a reminder not to take things too seriously."

Elliot Adams, Creative Stylist

"Earth tones, contrasting materials, and functional products that don’t compromise form. In any big city, you’ll need an outfit that works across multiple social settings, a bag for the essentials, and comfortable footwear. Starting with a standout piece from Acne Studios, the Klondike Wash Denim Jeans take the lived-in look to the next level with hand-applied stains. Moving on to the Studio Nicholson Comba Jacket, it’s ideal for trans-seasonal wear, allowing you to add mid-layers or simply wear it with a tee. For added texture and warmth, the Auralee brushed mohair jumper is paired with the Our Legacy Beyond Shirt, styled to peek out at the waist to contrast materials and tones throughout the outfit.

For the bag, Côte&Ciel produces perfectly balanced, sculptural designs with inner-city functionality. The tote is water-repellent, features a laptop compartment, and includes a zip closure. Accessories are kept simple: a timeless slim frame from Lunetterie Générale, a Hender Scheme leather belt, and silver jewellery by Gottlob. Finally, for footwear, I’ve gone for the Hoka Mafate Speed 2 in a colour combination that can be controversial—navy and black. When done right, navy and black create a sleek pairing that reflects modern design."
