Inspired by the vibrant and eye-catching jerseys worn by horse jockeys, Kiko Kostadinov delivers a blue and yellow rendition of his esoteric GEL-Kiril sneaker.
An experimental vision of sneaker style, the GEL-Kiril comes courtesy of Bulgarian designer Kiko Kostadinov's collaboration with Japanese sportswear stalwarts, ASICS. Initially appearing on the runway of the young designer's SS20 show in Paris, the experimental silhouette mirrored his equestrian theme with a flutter of horse jockey patterning and colours.
Combining a plethora of alternate textures and fabrics, mesh, leather and synthetic materials layer to create a durable and athletic sensibility. Kitted out with the legendary brand's FlyteFoam midsole and GEL cushioning, the Gel-Kiril seamlessly blends style and substance to create a high-concept offering that will slide easily into any sneaker-centric rotation.
