Adidas x 032c SalvaporSolar Yellow, Blue & Weiss
A fresh take on adidas’ 1997 EQT Salvation, the German brand partners with country-mate and influential magazine 032c, altering the retro sneaker – now called the FYW S-97 – from a contemporary minimalist perspective.
Decked in tonal off-whites with the only colour coming through the striking red 032c branding at the heel, it uses a combination of breathable mesh and synthetic leathers across the upper. The biggest, and most glaringly obvious, switch is the tongue; opting for an exterior sheath, it perfectly aligns with the sneaker’s already out-there aesthetic. With extended toggle laces furthering the reworking, it features the all-important Feet You Wear face on the milky midsole pod to complete the look.
