Experimental fabric treatments are what Stone Island does best, with pieces like this jacket proving it. The label’s Lamy Flock is used for its build — an ultra-lightweight nylon that’s lined using a magnetic flocking technique — which is garment dyed, too, so to give that subtle, pre-loved look. A military-inspired front pocket — which is also ripstop — and a compass patch are used to complete things.
This product has undergone a garment dyeing process. Any uneven colour of the surface is a distinctive feature of the wash.
