As part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, we’re taking a tour around some of the pillars of British society; exploring nostalgic experiences we associate with community and home, delivered together with partners old and new to a global audience. We’re starting out at the coast, mapping journeys from the chip shop to the arcade and down onto the beach. Collaborative tees, sweats and jumpers with PICANTE centre around Fratelli’s Fish Shop, a fictional cultural outpost where everyone is welcome. The END. x adidas BW Army Sneaker joins the chip shop story alongside embroidered caps by Manchester-based Local Space — all served up with plenty of sauce.
An 8-piece collaborative capsule with Lacoste lures us into the neon lights of the seafront arcade. It plays on nostalgic memories of ‘90s North East car clubs, designed with a blue and green check print that cruises through the collection — inspired by the upholstery of the esoteric Lacoste x Peugeot car. And for those who prefer to be out amongst the waves, a rugged collection designed in partnership with and wander and Crocs is ready to take a beating from the elements. The END. x and wander x Crocs Trailbreak is the first of its kind, modelled with a wetsuit-inspired upper and built to tackle the shoreside challenges faced by both British and Japanese surfers alike.
