Nike’s Air Force 1 turned 40 this year, which marks four decades of the sneaker being a fan favourite of the label’s. Throughout that time, there has been one colourway that’s really stood out: the classic, goes-with-anything all white.
To commemorate the occasion, Nike revisits the much-loved sneaker with the “Since 82” edition, emphasising those style codes that’ve helped the shoe become so coveted. The approach taken is subtle, yet elevated, with premium leather across the uppers and bespoke detailing that nods to the sneaker’s anniversary. There’s gold, cursive font worked across the tongues, as well as a commemorative, Swoosh-branded cleaning brush included.
