The Answer IV was famously worn during a landmark season in which Allen Iverson led his Philadelphia 76ers to the 2001 NBA Finals against the L.A. Lakers, only to loose in game five, leaving a bitter taste after a huge season. Iverson did however win both the NBA steals title and MVP for said season. The sneaker itself hosts some innovative features, such as full-length DMX cushioning and a unique zip closure system. Personalised A.I detailing is found at the outsole, with an imprint of his face and 'Only the Strong Survive', a famous Iverson arm tattoo being featured.
