The furore surrounding Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy’s collections have been building steadily since his debut in 2008. Heavily inspired by his youth and the subcultures of 1990s Russia, the AW16 collection has been entitled ‘Save & Survive’.
Harnessing this aesthetic, the designer delivers the Military jacket. Cut a little shorter in the body form a faux leather fabric, this jacket boasts Velcro detailing to the front in a military khaki that stands out from an all-black background.
