CHIMI

When Charlie Lindström broke a pair of glasses, he realised that despite his sense of style completely evolving in the six years he’d owned them, he still wanted to replace them with a pair that looked exactly the same. It sparked the realisation that sunglasses are so much more than an accessory; that they’re immune to the fleeting nature of trends. If anything, they’re a deeply personal statement of who you are. So, he founded CHIMI with friend Daniel Djurdjevic in 2016 — an eyewear brand and community of “freedom, empowerment and ease.”

From its Stockholm base to a growing global audience, CHIMI has built a reputation for eyewear that refuses to play it safe. The collection spans sunglasses, optical frames and ski goggles, all characterised by an experimental design language. Italian acetate, stainless steel and titanium construction ensure the substance matches the style, while 100% UVA and UVB protection comes as standard.
