Not every piece of tableware is content with sitting quietly on a shelf. Founded in Brussels and artist-run, Frizbee Ceramics approaches porcelain with a playful sense of curiosity, transforming everyday cups, bowls, plates and homeware into objects that could almost pass as collectible art.

Distorted smileys, friendly aliens and vivid graphics appear throughout the collection, bringing a dose of mischief to an otherwise traditional craft. Despite the sense of humour, these aren't precious art pieces destined for display cabinets. Each design is cast in premium porcelain, glazed by hand and built for daily life, whether that's a hurried morning coffee or a table full of friends.
