Challenging the fast fashion norm of ‘take, make, waste’, husband and wife duo Daniel Mitchell and Hilda Sembiring created Space Available in 2020. Aiming to tackle the ongoing plastic crisis, the Bali based brand takes ocean waste and transforms them into useful materials.
Collaborating with designers, artists, scientists and environmentalists from around the globe, Space Available clothing aims to make the planet a better place. Producing limited edition wardrobe staples, a Space Available t-shirt uses locally sourced upcycled materials and transforms into one-of-a-kind products for daily life.
