Following our collaborative coastal excursions, we continue to expand on our END. 20 celebrations with the ‘Corner Shop’ collection. Tapping into a British staple, the humble corner shop, this offering is split into three sections, each in honour of END.’s 20th anniversary. From the unassuming newsagents and the reliable late-night store to the greengrocers, END. reflect on the importance of these shops in the fabric of daily life in the United Kingdom.  

Continuing the corner shop theme, END. turn to Italian sportswear specialists C.P. Company to create a four-piece capsule collaboration inspired by the confectionary typically found in the local newsagent. Utilising C.P. Company’s Kan-D fabric – an acronym for Klear Achronic Nylon Dyed – each piece possesses a wholly distinctive see-through property and shiny effect. Built with a monofilament nylon yarn for a translucent look, rollers are used during the construction process to flatten the fibre to produce a mirror-like surface, producing the recognisable shine effect associated with the fan favourite Kan-D fabric.   

Reminiscent of hard-boiled sweet wrappers from the mid-20th century, the Goggle Puffer, Technical Vest, Bomber and Bag are each rendered in an icy blue dyed version of the Kan-D fabric, designed to capture the atmosphere of soft neon lights adorning the exterior of your local corner shop at night. Embellished with dual branded, iridescent goggles, each piece is brimming with C.P. Company’s trademark material innovation while the uniquely eye-catching Kan-D handle dazzles in shimmering light.  

Constructed with the brand’s trademark googles to the hood, the Goggle Puffer beautifully highlight’s the design codes of C.P. Company. Utilitarian in approach, but centred around material innovation, this outerwear piece carries the history of the brand into the modern day.
