One of the most versatile fabrics born of Stone Island Shadow Project’s textile research, ‘Nylon Metal’ is enriched with shadings created by the colours of its weft yarns. Here, this Watro bomber jacket has undergone an elaborate double-dyeing process to enhance its chromatic iridescence. In a final finishing touch, an airbrushed-applied polyurethane filament is added by hand to select areas on its surface, creating a matte shroud – reminiscent of a spiders web.
