THE END. X REEBOK PUB QUIZ WAS A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
9 March 2023Celebrating the launch of END. & Reebok’s latest joint venture – the Club C 85 ‘Stout’ – the two brands took over Newcastle upon Tyne’s Bridge Hotel for a night of night of revelry and a pub quiz.
On a chilly, snow-flecked midweek evening in the North East of England, where else would you want to be than nestled in the warmth of one of Newcastle’s premier pubs? Taking place at the Bridge Hotel beside the city’s iconic Castle Keep, END. and Reebok teamed up to present a pub quiz, hosted by Reebok’s Mubi Ali and CakeNotCrumbs’ Rhys McKee, in honour of their collaborative Club C 85 'Stout' sneaker.
Named after the dark, rich ale, a pub quiz seemed like the perfect opportunity to honour the release and celebrate its inspiration with a tipple or two, with music from the Shy Bairns Collective throughout the evening. As the drinks flowed and questions of varying levels of difficulty were asked, the evening’s hosts Mubi and Rhys deftly took us through four rounds focussing on the internet, music, icons and of course, Reebok. With a bevy of prizes up for grabs, it was all to play for.
Stealing the limelight, Team 8 took pole position, securing each team member with a pair of the collaborative sneakers and a plethora of stout-themed extras, including branded pint glasses, bar towels and coasters. Rounding off the evening with music and a final pint, this pub quiz was not one to miss.
The END. x Reebok Club C 85 ‘Stout’ is launching online via END. Launches on 11th March 2023.
