Deadwood Mens

Leather always tells a better story with time, and Deadwood builds its entire approach around that idea. Founded by two friends in Stockholm, the brand originally took the shape of a curated vintage and clothing store — before evolving into its own entity. Founders Carl Ollson and Felix von Bahder appreciated the character of old leather, but found it difficult to source old jackets that were just right. And so, the brand’s main ethos arose: turning trash into treasure.

Over the years, Deadwood has refined its production process, going from using vintage jackets as its main source material to using production leftovers, deadstock materials and factory off-cuts. The leather industry can be highly wasteful, with as much as 30-40% of material being discarded after tanning and cutting. Deadwood goes against the grain, using these leathers that most brands would deem totally worthless. The brand experiments with more recycled materials, too, with fleece, cotton, Fine Mycelium™ and even Cactus leather featuring across the seasons. As long as it's recycled, upcycled, or offers some kind of environmental or ethical upside, Deadwood will use its midas touch to turn unwanted fabric into gold.

Where others see waste, Deadwood sees opportunity. Discover leather jackets that have character from the very first wear, and just get better the more you wear them. Shop the men's collection below.
