Nike takes a trip back to 1984 with the “Attack”, reissuing the legendary tennis sneaker from the archives. The sneaker’s origins were back in the halcyon days of tennis, where John McEnroe’s on-court antics skyrocketed him to fame.
Beyond just his antics and finesse on court, there was also a sneaker that became a signature of McEnroe’s during that time, the Nike Mac Attack. This season, Nike reissues the sneaker — now dubbed the attack — in an all-new “Red Crush” colourway. The sneaker retains its chunky, of-the-era shape, complimented by white leather and mesh across the uppers and its namesake hue accented throughout.
