1 July 2022The Nike Air Max 95 “Beetroot” takes on a familiar colour palette, taking on an OG black-to-grey gradient and pairing it with dark burgundy hits.
When Sergio Lozano and Nike unveiled the Air Max 95 in its namesake year, the sneaker was an instant hit, largely thanks to its cutting-edge, anatomy-inspired aesthetic. But there was another key element that led to the 95 fanfare: its colourway, the OG Neon.
Burgundy Accents
Though the latest isn’t an exact mirror to the OG colourway, it’s given the same approach to colour blocking we all know and love; a black-to-grey gradient features across the sneaker’s uppers, with dark burgundy accents used throughout for subtle contrast.
Visible Air Cushioning
The familiarity continues with the sneaker’s technical underpinnings, thanks to a double helping of exposed Max Air cushioning.
