Beginning life as a study in restraint, OAMC's SS20 collection, "Our Abilities Mostly Constrained", encapsulates a contemporary vision of minimalist design. Finding creativity in restriction, Luke Meier's label sought to utilise imposed boundaries to fight against the creativity sapping force of endless possibilities.

Delivering a silhouette rooted in lightness and layering, boxy cuts and industrial hardware add a flourish of intrigue to garments that may appear familiar at first glance, abstracting them into a new dimension of modern minimalism. Cultivating an elegant and refined aesthetic, Meier's colour palette looks to natural and neutral tones, subtly blending from one layered garment to the next.

Rounded off with the brand's continuing collaborative partnership with German sportswear legends adidas, OAMC showcase their ability to create a fully realised visual world, replete with a distinctive aesthetic value.

Shot by London-based photographer Jordan Hemingway, the brand's look book delivers a dream-like sensibility, complementing the lightness and nuance of OAMC's take on minimalist design.

The OAMC SS20 collection is available online now at END.
