Retaining all the classic Doc’s DNA, New-York based label Engineered Garments look to Dr. Martens archive, as they offer up their Monkey Boot silhouette. A retro design from the 80s, the mod boot replicates the original with its visible stitching, grooved edges and air-cushioned sole. Made in England, this blast from the past is refined with a modernising extra eyelet, asymmetrical material blocking that means the left and the right shoe do not match - giving a nod to the idiosyncratic stylings of Engineered Garments' designs.
