Amsterdam local and pro windsurfer Paul Zeper wanted gear that matched his reality — industrial coastlines, cold winds, and sessions at Wijk aan Zee instead of tropical breaks. When big‑brand sponsorships couldn’t capture that grit, he built his own answer.
