Continuing to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the game-changing Torsion system, adidas this time enlists the help of the highly respected Footpatrol. Finding inspiration from Notting Hill Carnival, the London-based retailer encapsulates its colourful spirit within this ZX Torsion.
The newly introduced silhouette builds upon the rich legacy of the ZX range – where the Torsion system was first seen – by imbuing it with modern boost™ technology, combining the past and present of the German sportswear brand. This iteration utilises a clean white base, allowing the vibrant pops of solar yellow, seen to the laces, outsole and textured Three-Stripe branding, to stand out. Completing the look, a lenticular tongue tab flips between Footpatrol branding and W1/W11 postcodes to represent the store and Notting Hill, while the Torsion system underfoot is dressed in a vibrant marble effect of colour to further elicit the playful spirit of the carnival.
