Watch: Skepta Brings Garage Vibes in Video for "Love Me Not"

A star studded video with cameos from slowthai, Octavian and Heartless Crew, Skepta takes it back to the days of UK Garage with his latest self-produced single.

Following on from previous singles "Bullet From A Gun" and "Greaze Mode", UK rapper Skepta shares "Love Me Not", the latest single and music video to support the release of his fifth studio album, "Ignorance Is Bliss". Featuring Cheb Rabi and B-Live, the UK Garage track calls back to the early noughties, offering up a beat that samples Sophie Ellis-Bextor's pop classic, "Murder On The Dancefloor".

Produced by Skepta himself, the Tottenham MC goes full UK Garage with "Love Me Not". Booming bass and skittering drums dance around vocal samples from Ellis-Bextor's 2001 chart topping anthem, while a star studded video sees cameos from slowthai, Lancey Foux, Octavian and the legendary UK Garage group, Heartless Crew.

A raucous track brimming with nostalgia, the house party setting of the video accurately encapsulates the high-energy appeal of Skepta's latest single. With Skepta utilising his signature flow, Cheb Rabi provides an instantly memorable hook with an autotune tinge, while B-Live's verse adds an old school edge to the track.
