James Blake is tapped into for production, combining Gibbs’ gritty, introspective lyrics — which transition between crooning and rapping — with an atmospheric, almost-choral-like instrumental.

VANESSA AMARA - “FONETICA AMARA”

Vanessa Amara returns to Posh Isolation with “Fonetica Amara”: an uncompromising addition to the Danish experimentalist’s body of work. Vanessa Amara switches up the usual stripped-back approach throughout the project, weaving together a bevy of samples to create an avant-garde collage of sounds.

LIL NAS X - "STAR WALKIN'"

Following on from an appointment as “President” of League of Legends, Lil Nas X releases the track of this year’s world championship, “STAR WALKIN’”. The track takes on an anthemic tone, combining uplifting production with high-energy vocals.

FLOATING POINTS - "PROBLEMS"

Floating Points follows on from the success of “Vocoder” and “Grammar” with an another equally-thrilling track, “Problems”. The release sees Sam Shepherd fuse together elements from the electronic music spectrum, combining undulating synths, electrifying breakbeats and distorted vocals.

NTHNG - "SUB SONAR"

With “Sub Sonar”, nthng returns to Deisin with four tracks of melodic and atmospheric electronic music. The EP opens with hazy ambience, unfolding to reveal hints of sparse, sombre dub techno and energetic breakbeats.
