While Y-3’s Kaiwa may be inspired by classic running footwear, its avant-garde, typical-of-Yohji Yamamoto look means it’s a far cry from your usual track sneaker. These ones are coloured entirely in black, naturally — save for ‘Y-3’ branding at the heels and tongues — and come with those signature sock-like uppers and a chunky rubber sole, as always.
