It’s rare that Kiko Kostadinov’s partnership with ASICS results in understated sneakers, but this all-black GEL Kiril gives it a good go. A brand new silhouette from the designer, its distinctive upper – teaming a breathable mesh base with shiny synthetic overlays – has an enlarged ‘A’ logo at the heel and sits on a comfortable sole unit. Combining GEL cushioning with responsive FlyteFoam, it’s all wrapped up with a floral-like rubber outsole that extends right up the toe to the laces.
