Acne Studios Womens
Acne Studios sits slightly off-centre of traditional Scandinavian minimalism. Founded in Stockholm in 1996, the label — under Jonny Johansson — grew from a small run of denim into a wider exploration of clothing shaped by art, youth culture and design.
In womenswear, that comes through in how familiar pieces are handled. Jeans are cut with unusual proportions or finished with distinctive washes. Tailoring plays with fit — sometimes oversized, sometimes sharply defined. Knitwear and outerwear introduce colour, texture and detail that feel avant-garde but are still surprisingly easy to wear.
