1 February 2023New Balance continues its sought-after “Refined Future” series, extending it to another technical runner: the 1906R.
New Balance’s “Refined Future” series, commonly known as the “Protection Pack”, started out life on the label’s 2002R in 2021, quickly gaining notoriety for its distinctive aesthetic which takes on a distressed, almost-relic-like appearance.
Now, the coveted series returns, with New Balance turning their attention to another technical runner: the 1906R. The sneaker takes on a similar approach as the 2002R, with breathable mesh across the uppers and angular, eroded-like suede overlays used throughout.
