Inspired by pieces from his personal collection of over 3000 rare pieces of original military clothing, the RAF Jacket, like everything in Nigel Cabourn's Authentic collection, is constructed with particular reverence to authentic details.

The RAF Jacket is based on an original RAF design from the 1950s. This warm but lighter weight jacket was originally developed as cockpit and aircraft technologu changed and altitudes increased. The updated design features a lightly quilted lining and is crafted from a tightly woven cotton poplin.
