Air Jordan and Union LA may have only started their sneaker partnerships in 2018, but during that time they have grown to represent one of the frontrunners in the contemporary collaborative sphere.

The two reunite to transform the Air Jordan 2 as part of the “Future Is Now” capsule: a collection designed to juxtapose what futuristic pieces might look like once they’ve been worn and distressed, rather than the conventional idea of something crisp and sterile.
Co-Branded Details
The sneaker reflects Chris Gibbs’ penchant for intricate details and elevated materials; the uppers are reworked using textile and perforated suede in faded grey hues, while the collar is accented with a collaboration-specific tag to further the unconventional look.
