NIKE X LEBRON JAMES DUNK LOW QS “FRUITY PEBBLES”
24 August 2022LeBron James reunite with Nike to pay tribute to his favourite cereal, Fruity Pebbles, transforming the iconic Dunk Low.
LeBron James’ favourite cereal when growing up was Fruity Pebbles, with his ongoing partnership with Nike used as a canvas to show his love for the sweet breakfast treat. The first homage released in 2006, the iconic player-exclusive LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles”, followed by the LeBron 19 that released earlier this year.
Now, Nike and King James reunite with another homage to his favourite cereal, turning their attention to the iconic Dunk Low this time around. As with previous pairs, the approach is bold and playful, with red, white, blue and orange colour blocking — nodding to the cereal’s rainbow hues — as well as a Fruity Pebbles pattern covering the laces. To complete the tributes, a Fruity Pebbles logo features at the tongue with a branded patch.
