BUYER'S PICKS: LONDON FASHION WEEK

With London Fashion week well underway, we’re highlighting the pieces our buyers have set their sights on this season – from transitional menswear and womenswear to must-have accessories.

Mark MacDonald, Director of Buying

Tapping in with END.’s buying team partway through the English capital’s Fashion Week, we took a look at what they’ve got in their baskets this season. From outerwear and footwear to the perfect accessories to complete any outfit, our buyers have curated a selection of pieces to add to their wardrobes as we transitional from winter to spring. With layering essentials to statement styles, uplift your outfits for Pre-Spring ’26.

"I have a current stable of 5-6 brands that always deliver what I’m looking for — quiet, subtle quality with design details that distinctly belong to each brand. Auralee are at the top of the game in terms of Japanese craftsmanship but through a modern lens- the Duck jacket is so versatile and I wear it with beaten up jeans or a cleaner flannel pant. The wash in hand is genuinely epic.

Our Legacy is another go to brand for me as they do understated contemporary looks so well. The weight and fit of the Float zipper means I can wear as a layering piece for now and then transition to a summer look with a simple white tee underneath. YMC have really came to the fore in recent seasons with some great product, particularly their pant programme. The Bez jean is loose enough to create a casual look for me when I want to wear a sneaker but also perfect when I want to dress up with something more formal on foot, such as the Camion boot from Our legacy which quite rightly is regarded as a modern menswear classic.

Accessories are a known weakness of mine and my go to cap shape is the Ball cap from Our Legacy (again!). The fit is perfect for me and the fabric effortlessly blends sport and fashion for this season. My favourite jewellery brand at END. is Tom Wood as I’m a big fan of sterling silver and our END. Exclusive leopard ring is just the right side of spicy for me! My final select is the Db Journey Luggage roller as I live my life out a suitcase so I need something that stands up to thousands of miles of travel whilst also being highly functional and practical. Db have been a great addition in this space and it’s a buyer's favourite at END."

Louise Schwartz, Senior Buyer

"I usually build my outfits around really solid wardrobe staples, so everything here I would genuinely reach for on a day-to-day basis. I love how brands like Auralee, Studio Nicholson, and Our Legacy focus on shape, fabric, and wearability, they make everyday dressing feel effortless. The padded jacket and relaxed jeans create an easy base, I’d always add a few softer details, like the nylon shoulder bag and Missoma gold hoops, to make it feel a little more feminine. Accessories like these Retrosuperfuture x MM6 sunglasses and skinny Acne Studios scarf are a must, you’ve always got to be prepared for the unpredictable UK weather! Finishing off with a great loafer feels timeless but still really considered. These pieces are firmly on my wish list!"

Matthew Cumner, Junior Buyer

"Longevity is a big focus of mine at the moment and, for me, these items optimise that current way of thinking. The Neighborhood Fireman Jacket is the key piece, with the heavy cotton canvas and metal hardware only getting better as it wears. Similarly, the Visvim Social Sculpture Wide Raw Jeans age phenomenally once you get past the initial break-in phase. I’ve layered things up here with the FrizmWORKS Varsity Cardigan - it’s a staple mid-layer and I’m a big fan of the vintage feel and cowichan-style execution.

In terms of footwear, Paraboots rarely leave my feet. The Briac has been a firm favourite of mine since they re-introduced it, with the thick ankle beading and sturdy lug sole firm nods to the shoe’s impressive levels of durability. Finally, I’d challenge you to find a better all-round bag than Porter Yoshida & Co’s Force 2-Way Tote Bag. It’s versatility and size make it ideal for both day-to-day use and weekends away, whilst the industrial-spec nylon construction means it’s guaranteed to last you for years to come."

Georgia Freeman, Womenswear Buyer

"These are my current go-tos while London’s weather is still being moody. KNWLS is one of my forever favourite brands, I practically collect their Halcyon sets  — this check version from the SS26 collection feels especially right. I’ve been wearing it with chunky boots from Dr. Martens — perfect for stomping through the puddles.

I’ve just got back from Seoul Fashion Week and now I’m in full Korean-brand obsession mode. I’m layering the sheer mini from Seoul-based label Dunst over the flared leggings and then dousing myself in MARY JANE by BORNTOSTANDOUT — a completely mad (in the best way) fragrance house whose store in Hanam is genuinely mind-blowing.

The oversized frames from Gucci are ideal when you’re running on fashion-week sleep deprivation and my favourite bag is STILL the Acne Studios Camero and.. it fits a laptop, which is really all you can ask for. I’ve added an ugly-cute little teddy bear keyring with a bell, so if you don’t hear the boots, you’ll definitely hear me coming."
