Vintage military garb is often the inspiration behind Maharishi’s designs, and that’s especially true with this cushion. And that’s because it’s crafted using upcycled surplus fabric, which gives it the woodland camo pattern that appears throughout. There’s a pacifist brand patch at one corner, too, in keeping with Hardy Blechman’s usual aesthetic.
