Vans Womens Shoes

From the heart of the SoCal skateboarding scene, Vans womenswear has been riding the waves of counter culture since 1966. Known in the early days as the (much less catchy) Van Doren Rubber Company, the now iconic skate brand was founded in Anaheim by brothers Paul and Jim Van Doren, alongside Gordon Lee and Serge Delia. Word spread and, by the ‘70s, Vans women’s shoes gained traction among skaters in-the-know across the West Coast, thanks to their revolutionary sticky sole and rugged composition. In 1976, the ‘off the wall’ logo launched and with it, a whole new generation of Vans women's trainers.
