Carhartt WIP never lets the OG Madison drift into full ‘dress shirt’ territory. The fit is relaxed, the colours are often muted or garment‑washed, and the branding — though small — keeps it grounded in WIP’s everyday universe. The cleanest and most versatile of all the shirts from WIP, it’s the one that can genuinely move between office‑casual, weekend, and layering looks without changing its personality.
