Important Notes

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include order processing time, typically 1–2 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied.
Shipping options and delivery estimates can vary by destination, order contents, and checkout eligibility. Where multiple configured rates overlap, the options shown at checkout take precedence.
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or carrier delays.
If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our customer care team.

Delivery times may occasionally be impacted by external factors outside our control. If any issues arise, we’ll keep you informed.
We are unable to make changes to your delivery. To choose an alternative delivery method, the order would need to be cancelled, in line with our cancellation policy, and a new order created, with the new delivery service.
We cannot split or combine shipments. Each order is shipped as one package, except for larger orders requiring multiple packages.
