There’s a real charm to the hooded Nelson jacket — that slightly oversized balloon shape, the weight of the cotton, the way the garment dye pulls everything into a mellow, washed tone. It still carries the toughness you expect from Carhartt WIP, but the finish gives it a warmth and softness that feels right for the shift into lighter layers. The unbrushed fabric keeps things grounded and honest, no polish needed. A hoodie with a bit more presence than the usual.
