Long before "Made in Japan" became a shorthand for quality, Master-Piece was building its reputation around it. Founded in Osaka by Taichi Fujimatsu in 1994, the label set out to close the gap between the heights of technical utility and ordinary everyday use. In 2008, the brand doubled down on that commitment by opening its own manufacturing facility in the city, an unusually hands-on approach that remains central to its identity today.
Backpacks, totes and crossbody bags combine durable, water-repellent fabrics with the kind of thoughtful functionality that only comes from lived experience. Every detail has a purpose, every silhouette is designed to be used.
