Ahead of the London Marathon on October 3rd, New Balance team up with the Big Smoke's running club, Run The Boroughs, to share a rendition of the 991 sneaker that reflects rainy weather and the concrete jungle.
Founded in 2019, Run the Boroughs is a London-based running club that caters to all levels of experience. Exploring the English capital, RTB looks to celebrate the lesser known parts of the city, as well as classic routes.
Presented in men's and women's sizing, the New Balance x London Marathon "Run the Boroughs" Made in England 991 sneaker is constructed with suede, nubuck, mesh and leather, while ABZORB cushioning technology underfoot ensures comfort and support. 3M detailing completes the look for a boost of visibility when the nights become longer, and a pop of blue to New Balance's trademark "N" branding nods to passing moments of blue skies as we head into autumn.
