Ottolinger Shirts

Ottolinger approaches clothing with a hands-on, experimental mindset, built on pushing fabrics past their expected limits. Founded in Berlin by Christa Bösch and Cosima Gadient, the label has built a cult following through techniques that feel deliberately undone — slashed seams, raw hems, heat-treated finishes and surfaces that look far from polished. Materials are cut, distressed and reassembled, creating fitted silhouettes that still feel instinctive and unforced. Tie-dye is used in a more irregular, less decorative way, while details like silicone-dipped accessories lean into texture and contrast.

It’s clothing that doesn’t hide its process. Every mark, every edge, every finish is part of the design. It’s direct, slightly confrontational, and built around the idea that imperfection can be the strongest starting point.
