END. X SALOMON XT-WHISPER VOID 'AVOCADO'

Continuing our 20th anniversary celebrations, END.’s ‘Corner Shop’ collection further explores the nuances of British daily life, this time centring on the traditional greengrocer in collaboration with long-term partners, Salomon.  

Presented by the British retailer and the French outdoor brand in a colourful make-up alluding to the luscious greens and deep black hues of an avocado, the XT-Whisper Void embraces its inspiration without forgoing technical details. Nodding to the native Central American fruit, commonly found nestled amongst the delights of the greengrocers, semi-translucent swathes of iridescent Agave Green are set against a lighter Lime Cream hue, emulating the vivid gradient of colours found once the dark exterior of the avocado fruit is split open.  

Kitted out with typically practical tooling, the trail sneaker features Salomon’s trademark Quicklace system for quick and easy wear. Offering a utilitarian take on the XT-Whisper’s style, the XT-Whisper Void sneaker is transformed with technical upgrades across the upper. 3D Mesh is utilised for maximum breathability, while an abrasion resistant TPU material carves fluid lines across the body of the shoe for a distinctive visual style that is both pared back and striking. 

Printed with END. and Salomon branding to the tongue and heel, a rugged outsole offers premium support and grip courtesy of chevron lugs and Salomon’s patented mud Contagrip® for maximum grip even on uneven surfaces. A pink OrthoLite® diecut sockliner realises the sneaker’s visually stunning look, ensuring superior cushioning, breathability and comfort, whilst nodding to the perfect food to pair with a healthy dose of avocado: smoked salmon. Complete with an insole detailed with avocado imagery, the END. x Salomon XT-Whisper Void sneaker is a love letter to the UK’s favourite brunch topping.
