The ASICS x Issey Miyake Hyper Taping Sneaker introduces the new Issey Miyake Foot sub‑brand with a fusion of intelligent sport technology and boundary‑pushing design. Developed through months of testing at the ASICS Institute of Sport Science, it reimagines athletic kinesiology tape as an elastic wraparound fastening that stabilises the foot in one smooth motion. A newly engineered last, slim wrestling‑inspired outsole and redesigned insole work together to support natural movement. By reconstructing the iconic ASICS Stripes into the HYPER TAPING™ concept, the silhouette delivers a functional yet sculptural take on everyday footwear.
