The Hender Scheme bucket bag just feels easy the moment you pick it up. The shrink‑processed cow leather is soft in that naturally grained, slightly springy way — the kind of leather that doesn’t need any breaking‑in ritual. The shape stays simple. If you cinch the drawstrings, it pulls into a neat little bucket; if you leave it open, it relaxes into more of a casual tote situation. It’s the sort of bag you end up carrying in different ways without really thinking about it.
