Returns Administrator – Silverlink – Full Time

The Returns Administrator is an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual. You will be accountable for processing returns to END. via the website. You will be responsible for converting as many of these returns as possible into sales by offering alternative options to the customer

You will ultimately be accountable for ensuring the highest possible level of customer service is delivered at all times.

Main Duties

  • To deal with customer requests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
  • To develop and maintain the highest levels of customer service through effectively communicating with customers as to the status of their returns
  • Provide satisfactory resolution to issues created by stock oversell
  • To ensure all customer returns are processed in a prompt and efficient manner, within specified returns period over multiple payment platforms
  • To conduct a thorough inspection of all returned items for signs of wear or damage
  • To develop an awareness of potentially fraudulent activity and the relative action to be taken
  • To document returns via excel for archiving
  • To manage customer accounts effectively

Content Editor – Silverlink – Full Time & Part Time

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven and talented individual to join the End web content team as a Content Editor. The team are responsible for the development and implementation of all the content on the End Clothing website. The successful candidate should demonstrate a good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, an eye for design and possess excellent time management skills.

Main Duties

  • Re touching all raw images from model, stills and location shoots
  • Quality controlling colour accuracy and ensuring product presentation is optimal
  • Working through a high volume of images whilst maintaining quality but pushing productivity
  • To review front end of website ensuring imagery uploaded is of the highest possible standard
  • Assist the Content Manager in identifying areas for improvement to keep us ahead of the competition
  • To demonstrate competitor awareness
  • Assisting Social media and marketing with advertising images and blog entries
  • Direction of editorial shoots on location and in studio

Essential Skill and Attributes

  • Previous professional experience of editorial work in a high volume, fast paced e-commerce brand environment
  • An excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Accounts Payable Clerk – Silverlink – Full Time

Job Purpose

To ensure that all Company costs are recorded accurately, timely, are classified correctly and that all queries relating to the purchase ledger are dealt with promptly and conclusively. Ensure all suppliers to the Company are paid correctly and in a timely manner. Additionally to provide an administrative support service to the Finance Team and wider business whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of purchase invoices following the company authorisation procedures
  • Process supplier payments in line with strict Company KPI’s
  • Ensuring supplier pro-forma payments are made on time to ensure swift delivery of stock
  • Monitoring outstanding pro-forma payments to highlight any potential risks
  • Check and process supplier statements to ensure a reconciled clean purchase ledger
  • Proactively deal with supplier and internal customer queries
  • Be proactive during daily tasks to ensure process issues are highlighted and changed if required
  • Assist the accountant during internal/external audit inspections
  • General Office Administration
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.

Knowledge

  • Must have previous experience of working in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high volume invoice processing environment
  • Working knowledge of a Purchase Order Processing system
  • Exposure to working with foreign currency and international suppliers
  • Highly numerate with good IT skills
  • Competent user of MS Excel and Word
  • High level of both spoken and written English
  • Exposure to ERP systems would be advantageous

Stock Assistant – Warehouse – Merlin Way – Full Time

END. has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join the team. The Stock Assistant is accountable for the correct maintenance of the stock system. You are responsible for all stock procedures, ensuring goods inward and stock control is well organised and controlled to help support the needs of the business.

Main Duties

  • To assist in the unloading of deliveries

  • Stocktaking of all items sent and received

  • To ensure all new stock is pulled for photography and store

  • To plan and action the most effective way of placing stock into fixtures

  • To manage discrepancies

  • To maintain a clean, tidy and orderly warehouse

Model – Silverlink – Full Time

END. are looking for in house models to join the END. Styling and Studio team. You will be working closely with photographers and stylists to produce the desired looks and to finish photo shoots on schedule.

Main Duties

  • You will primarily be modeling in-house at END HQ. From time to time you might work in other venues, photographic studios or various other locations depending on the needs of the shoot.
  • You will take direction from photographers and stylists or strike suitable interpretive poses for promotion and selling of product
  • You should have good grooming and a willingness to look after yourself through diet, sleep and exercise.
  • You will need to maintain a pleasant, professional attitude
  • You must manage timekeeping effectively and have the patience, stamina and fitness to cope with long periods of standing
  • You will assist the studio in basic duties when not modeling including steaming, collection and returning of stock, lacing, tidying
  • You will cross sell product on to the front end of the END. Website, as requested, when not modelling

Dispatch Assistant – Silverlink – Full Time

END. has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join the END. Clothing Internet Team as a full time Dispatch Assistant. Working across a number of divisions you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipping to customers across the world.

Main Duties

  • Collecting customer orders using a picking list
  • Checking the accuracy of picked orders
  • Packing orders in a variety of presentation bags and boxes to a high quality
  • Packing boxes in to shipping cartons and preparing shipping paperwork
  • Stocking and preparing the work station

Assistant Purchase Order Planner – Silverlink – Full Time

END. are looking for an Assistant Purchase Order Planner to prepare stock systems in preparation for up-coming seasonal stock deliveries. An ongoing process of booking in products across the Company stock system culminating in creating purchase orders in anticipation of future deliveries.

Main Duties

  • The creation of product identification codes in line with supplier information across 3 integrated stock modules
  • The creation of Purchase Orders, for the stock team to access with ease, upon receipt of delivery
  • Liaising with suppliers and brands to ensure all information inputted and created is as accurate as possible.
  • Liaising with brands to solve any issues and discrepancies
  • Assisting in the completion of seasonal markdowns

Back-End Developer (Magento) – London – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented back-end developer to join our ecommerce team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Magento Enterprise extensions, customisations and 3rd party integrations in order to support our rapidly growing business. Candidates should have at least 3 years commercial experience working with PHP and MySQL, and ideally 1-2 of those years should have been working with Magento.

Main Duties

  • Develop new functionality for our highly transactional ecommerce website in the form of custom Magento extensions
  • Support and troubleshoot issues with existing extensions and Magento core
  • Work with the Senior Developer and other key team members to plan new features and functionality
  • Support the front-end development team in creating any functionality required to drive front-end elements
  • Adhere to PHP/MySQL development and Magento best practices
  • Improve performance with caching technologies such as Redis and Varnish
  • Work with our technology partners to ensure successful deployments
  • Stay up to date with new technology and be willing to bring new ideas to the table

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years commercial PHP / MySQL experience
  • 1-2 years working with Magento
  • Experience working with 3rd party integrations and API’s
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript libraries such as jQuery/Prototype
  • Experience with GIT or Subversion
  • A passion for creating clean and efficient code
  • Ability to self manage as well as work in team
