Vans x Anderson Paak - Old Skool DXVenice
Anderson .Paak’s partnership with Vans has humble beginnings — the Grammy award-winning artist is a former employee of the Topanga Canyon store. Now, though, he’s the brand’s first Global Music Ambassador, and the pair have created a capsule to celebrate. This Old Skool DX’s psychedelic canvas upper is inspired by .Paak’s debut album, Venice, and the vibrancy of his native SoCal. It’s both 3D and digitally printed with overlapping waves of neon blue, pink and yellow. Model signatures are given translucent reworks to finish — the classic side stripe using turquoise vinyl, the grippy waffle sole with lime-green rubber.
