Converse x JW Anderson Chuck Taylor 1970s HIMood Indigo, Garnett & Egret
Pledging his allegiance to Converse, JW Anderson delivers ‘Stars and Bars’ straight from the All-Star archives. A split pair of Chuck Taylors, for SS19 the British designer takes to the States; creating an all-new American Dream through a red, white and blue colour palette and a grid of Anderson branding. With each shoe taking on either the stars or stripes of the American flag, Anderson continues to experiment with playful results; this time taking cues from the original 1992 ‘Stars and Bars’ high-tops for a finish that personifies both vintage Converse and its logo-fuelled counterpart.
