The Y-3 Runner 4D IO truly encapsulates the technical, experimental aesthetic that’s so often favoured by Yohji Yamamoto. The latest 4D midsole is used, but it’s not the main point here. Instead, it’s the uppers. They’re made from lightweight ripstop and come with two interchangeable Primeknit socks — one white, one black — that hug your foot to keep you comfortable.
